STUDIO
OVERVIEW
The Studio is where I explore questions that need time, collaboration, and experimentation beyond client work. Through creative projects and learning spaces, it functions as public practice that informs and deepens how I design and facilitate gatherings and support leaders.
The Studio invites new ways of engaging with art, humor, grief, memory, and collective care. This work allows me to test ideas, learn in public, and bring fresh insight back into my facilitation practice.
Current Explorations
The projects below reflect what I am currently studying, building, and testing. They are not fixed offerings, but evolving practices shaped by collaboration, context, and curiosity.
STUDIO NOTES
Some people peak in high school. I became a third-quarter captain in middle school and never really stopped.
You probably already know your facilitation superpower. You just might not have a name for it yet. That's what this framework is for.
The adjacent possible isn't a comfort framework. It's a strategic one. It says: you don't have to see the whole path. You have to see the next door. And then you have to be willing to open it.
What if strategy started with memory? Not the polished, funder-friendly version of your organization's story. The real, layered, complicated one.
